The Voice of Nature

A dancing horsetail, a melancholy sunflower and a lonely black cumin. Although plants are fundamentally different from humans, they exhibit behaviour that can evoke a sense of expression. Nevertheless, they do not experience the world in the same way as we do. Their reactions to stimuli are physiological, not emotional. Their silent existence offers a profound narrative that can resonate with our own experiences. This series imagines a world where plants and feathers have the ability to express emotion. Each cyanotype print in this series captures the essence of nature's expressive potential.
